We currently ship pan-India except select pin codes in Jammu & Kashmir, Kerala, Port Blair, Andaman & Nicobar and few north-eastern states. All orders placed on our website are dispatched within 48 working hours and typically take 4-5 business days to reach you (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Please note, once an order is placed, we do not accept cancellations or modifications. So, make sure to double-check your details before placing an order.
Returns & Refunds
At XTCY, we take great care to ensure that you receive your products in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged product, we are happy to assist you with a return or refund.
You may return a product only if it is damaged. You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to report any damage and request a return. To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Proof of damage (such as photos) must be provided.
How to Request a Return or Refund

- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Clear photos of the damaged product
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the damaged product, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days depending on your payment provider.
